Maneskin amazed the audience with their unique performance last night and they managed to get the first place after the audience’s voting.
Lots of sequins, pyrotechnics, neon pink and purple, supersonic belting and extreme styling were some of the higlight of the night. Even though, Maneskin appeared with ETRO custom made creations and they completed their image with the best design proposal.
WePitti Uomo is back!
Following the Italian government’s decision to authorize the holding of international fairs in a physical format, Pitti Immagine has announced the dates and venues for the next summer fairs. Pitti Uomo will be happening from 30th June to 2nd July.
“Being the first to return to the physical fair format, we are aware of our responsibility towards the entire fashion sector and the institutions that have shown great confidence in and consideration for our work” says Claudio Marenzi, president of Pitti Immagine. “It is for this reason that our whole company structure is working non-stop to organize the fairs with the maximum possible participation of exhibitors, buyers and journalists. We aim to meet the Pitti standard in terms of the quality and the energy as well as the expectations of the companies and, thinking in particular of Pitti Uomo, it will be a 100th edition characterized by positivity and pride”.

. Giorgio Armani introduces its latest fragrance with the marine-influenced, Acqua di Gio Profondo. The popular Acqua di Gio line is reimagined to embrace values of freedom, sensoriality and nature.
A longtime face of Giorgio Armani menswear, model Aleksandar Rusić fronts the Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profondo campaign.
Juxtaposing natural masculinity with the call of the sea, Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profondo includes top notes of aquozone, Brazilian green mandarin, and bergamot. Meanwhile, middle notes of rosemary, cypress, lavender, and lentisk absolute complement a base of mineral amber, musk, and Guatemalan patchouli.
The designer passed away after contracting Covid-19.
Sergio Rossi has died at age 84. Rossi’s son Gianvito confirmed in a statement that the renowned Italian shoemaker contracted Covid-19 and had been hospitalised in Cesena, Italy.
Rossi learned the trade from his father and began selling artisan-crafted women’s footwear bearing his own name in 1968. His label gained prominence in the 1970s for its refined, sophisticated styles and, in the 1990s, Rossi designed shoes for fashion houses such as Versace, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Azzedine Alaïa.
MSGM has revealed its 10th anniversary collection in Florence, during Pitti Uomo.
Camp collar shirts in lobster, poppy, or bandana paisley prints were mashed against pants and track jackets in lividly clashing two-tone leopard print. Sebago boat shoes and linen blousons and shorts featured naive graphics and heartfelt scrawled messages of summer love. A collaboration with the painter Norbert Bisky produced an attractive fractured portrait used as prints on shirting, shorts, and perforated nylon vests or in panels on the tailoring.
The industrial grand hall of the Deposito, part of Fondazione Prada complex, has been transformed into an arena of light and shadows. Miuccia Prada is back at it again as she serves to us the fashion reality and she takes inspiration from old movies like Frankenstein.
When the collection itself appears, it follows suit. Black is the colour that dominates, highlighted by bursts of vivid coloured garments or accessories, such as multiple belts wrapped around the models waist, neon pink boots and bold red feathered headpieces and pale blue glasses that are reminiscent of scientific goggles.
